Thank you for making our grand opening so successful. We are dialing in the menus and listening to your wishlist of inputs.
Since we’ve had so many inquiries I feel it’s time for another update.
The next phase of the restaurant to come online will be the Skydeck for an outdoor experience in early Spring. This area was designed as an observation area and cigar lounge, so plan accordingly if you’d like to enjoy the big view with your favorite cocktail at sunset.
After that we will bring the pool bar venue area up to speed in Summer. This area should be a big hit with the outdoor pergolas and pool view. This area will be for 21 and over.
During all this, we will continue working on the Marina and finishing up the last of the floating docks and lift slips through October ‘27.
The final amenity we will be working to get online mid-summer if all goes well is the Deadrise Oyster bar boat in the water for a truly unique dining experience! This boat will feature Oysters 🦪 on the half shell, wine, beer, and spirits match to the oyster experience.
Grand Opening

We embarked on our newest venture two years ago not to be the biggest but to provide a restaurant concept with a strong sense of community, slower pace, closer connection to nature, leading to a more relaxed laidback lifestyle shaped by natural rhythms rather than schedules. We’ve found over our 40 years in business that when you strive to be too big you lose that personal connection. Our focuses will be on synergy, we control the marina and the restaurant, as a result, the Parking, Slips, Marina and the Restaurant will be run as one. What that means to our customers is a much better experience and Perrindise Found!
The main indoor restaurant and bar will be the first stage that will be opening to the public in February 2026.
Our cuisine will be everything you love at Hole in the Wall Waterfront Grill plus you’ll be treated to a unique blend of all the best parts of Caribbean, Polynesian & Cuban specialties with our own quirky blend of each culture. FUN•FUN•FUN
For your boating pleasure we have 24 + slips available for our restaurant guests.
The next stage will be summer 2026. We will then bring on line all of the outdoor venues including an observation Skydeck, Deadrise floating oyster bar, cigar lounge & pool deck bar.
You’ll enjoy FUN in the☀️but if it’s raining 🌧️ outside don’t worry…When it rains, we pour!
